Tates Rents raffle raises $8,000 for charity Camp Rainbow Gold

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Tates Rents was able to present Camp Rainbow Gold with a $8,085 check after a recent charity raffle.

The company put raffle tickets in a cement mixer for a Traeger Bronze Pro Series Grill, all in support of the charity camp.

“The Tates Rents employees showed up in a big way to sell raffle tickets and we are blown away by the community’s support of this cause," said Joe Plehal, Tates Rents sales manager. "Our customers exceeded our expectations for participation, and we are excited to be able to send four deserving kids to camp this summer!”

Camp Rainbow Gold works to provide emotional support to kids who have been diagnosed with cancer. "It’s 365 days of making a difference in the lives of these children as well as their families and others who support them," Camp Rainbow Gold says.
